Artist Statement

I have loved art from a very early age, and have always felt confident in putting to paper all images that I have seen, and quite often images that I think that I have seen. My style has developed due to my broadening my appreciation of other styles and artists, requirements in an ever changing arts environment, and yet has remained the same as it first began.

I work fast and draw everything that I can lay my eyes on. I have a passion and enthusiasm that runs very deep, love to be challenged with new concepts, love to copy works so that I can manipulate styles, love to produce works that I am satisfied with.

Sometimes the works are sketches, sometimes they are the finished item that people can hang on their walls, but they are all one and the same thing in that they are echoes of my soul. To me, they all represent and are an intrinsic part of my character.

I am confident with most Medias whether drawing with pencils, biro pens and inks, oil and acrylic paintings, chalks and pastels, pretty much anything that makes a mark on a canvas, board, pad, in fact anything that is blank.
