Artists statement :

Ever since my teenage years, drawing has always been a way of expressing my feelings. I kept drawing as someone else would write down entries in a diary.

Over the years, I have developed my own vocabulary of shapes which is incorporated into my creations, even though the way I draw is spontaneous, close to automatic technique.

Once the drawing is complete , I divide it into different parts on various scales. Each piece I extract from the original drawing becomes an autonomous subject on its own, which can be read on every different angle the viewer wishes.

The black line is omnipresent in my work; for me, the line is an allegorical representation of Infinity.

It's never broken, just imprisoned here; its existence goes far beyond the boundaries of the canvas. This black stoke embodies my thoughts as efficiently as words .

My work has evolved through the people I met, the places I travelled to, and my personal experiences of life.
