BOTANICS:
This brief, set by D&AD, was to redesign the packaging for the mens
range of Botanics products. Steel was the material which had to be used.
These designs are for the shaving foam and cleansing gel bottles. One
of the main features is the key on the gel bottle. Because I didn't want
the gel bottle to go out of shape during use, I added a key which twists
down and pushes the gel out.
COWBOY AND INDIAN:
These images were created to be part of a story, however I think they
work just as well as seperate pieces. They are made using only symbols
from music.
TUTANKHAMUN PAPYRUS:
This is a sample of work which I produced in my own time. I have an interest
in Ancient Egyptian art and I enjoy painting the various scenes. I have
sold several pieces of this kind of work.
PEUGEOT:
This brief was also set by D&AD and it required that an ad for the
Peugeot 206 gti 180 be produced. I used the idea of a child wanting to
be like their idol when they grow up, so I used the toy car to represent
the child, and the Peugeot to represent the idol.

Artist Statement:
I have just completed a HND in Graphic Design at Cleveland College of
Art and Design. During the course I gained experience in using Photoshop,
Quark, Freehand, Strata 3D, and Flash.
I consider myself to be a creative designer as I am good at generating
ideas and using media to create interesting and often unusual designs.
Along with ideas generation I also have good editorial design skills and
have enjoyed producing leaflets and brochures for companies in my local
area.
I also have a keen interest in photography and have completed an NCFE
in the subject at the college. I enjoy bringing my own photos into my
graphics work.
