Project

Following
packed screenings at festivals across Europe and most recently the Pompidou
Centre in Paris, Addictive TV screen The Film Remix Project in the UK
for the first time.
Addictive
TV have commissioned some of the world's leading audiovisual artists and
visual remixers, including Exceeda, The Light Surgeons, Si Begg's Noodles
Foundation and Bauhouse to create ten-minute remixes of classic films
and cult B-movies, including: Night of The Living Dead, FW Murnau's Nosferatu,
Kurosawa's Seven Samurai, the Cary Grant & Audrey Hepburn vehicle
Charade and 70s kung fu imitation Bruce Lee flick Bruce Li the Invincible.
Cut, spliced
and audiovisually sampled-to-the-max; defibrillators have been taken to
the heart of each film and with a jumpstart, new life has been breathed
into the collection of old movies.
The screening
will be followed by Q&A with some of the artists.
