The antique collector turned designer has not forgotten his passion for antiques, incorporating his fascination with vintage fabrics on the catwalk at London's fashion week this year. Using vintage fabrics and creating a contemporary look is what sage does best.
The collection this year was inspired by the following paintings: Titian’s ‘Bacchus and Ariadne’ and ‘Las Meninas’ by Velazquez; with over sized skirts, gathered tops and all in greys, vibrant blues, greens.
And would you believe it, not even one glimpse of torn down curtains! Which was the case last year in his final collection.
