Artist Statement:

Although my work could be seen to be quite varied, at least in a visual sense, all the images are underpinned by a firm conceptual base.
Decisions about media, composition, colour, and tone serve to communicate the idea as clearly as possible, not to establish a specific 'style'.
Working in this fashion i am able to tackle a wide variety of subjects, from parental abuse and hospital discharge, to the difficulty of computer games.
