Artist Statment:

My enthusiasm for entering a career in design derives from a strong interest and ability in 3D conceptual design. Design allows me to express myself, producing individual and exciting ideas. Key qualities that I possess include immense enthusiasm towards design and the ability to communicate with both the public and team members. I also have good IT skills, such as the ability to use both a PC and Mac using Adobe Photoshop, AutoCAD, 3D Studio Max and Quark.

BODY ART EXHIBITION - Part of an exhibition looking at trends amongst 'twentysomethings' today. My exhibition environment looks at the subject of 'Body Art' i.e. tattoos, piercings, henna etc. Space consists of, skin like, stretchy screen structures, upon which are projected images and text. Amongst which are protruding piercing steel spikes.

ENGLISHMAN IN NY - A music video set design for the sons 'Englishman in New York" by Sting and The Police.
Based on abstract paintings by Piet Mondrian.

FORD STREETKA - An exhibition stand for the British International Motorshow to promote the launch of the new Ford StreetKa.

RE EXHIBITION SPACE - Exhibition based on the colour red. Emotions and sybolism of the colour red immediately reminded me of the events on 9/11. Exhibition space consists of 4 walls made up from a red glowing photomosaic of the New York skyline pre 9/11 the images then change and shift into the skyline now. The total number of images used in the mosaic reflects the total number of deaths on 9/11. Visitors enter via a lift located in a central glass box and exit by stairs also in the box.
The exhibition acts as a memorial and provids a quiet and informative place for visitors to come and pay their respects.
