Artist Statement:
“I believe the beauty in art lies in its mystery. There should be no obvious answers to the construction of its parts. As an artist, it is my desire to show the viewer my own unique perspective. I am ultimately trying to communicate an idea or emotion that provokes an emotion in return. I think it is important for humans to realize their biological roots and to understand they are a part of nature, not separate. By fusing man and nature into one symbiotic entity I hope to convey my own unique empathy towards the environment as well as encourage its conservation among others."
