The Lost Reels. SYNOPSIS
super 8 / DV - 5 mins 2002

Mervyn is a deaf man; he has recently become blind.
This film shows Mervyn persevering through this. The lifecycle of a butterfly, memory and the simple act of making a cup of tea are entwined to produce this 5-minute poetic film.
What is the sound of the sea to a man who has never heard?
