Artist Statement: These form the start of the artists project adifferentperspective being a collection of photo’s taken from a slightly different perspective, varying from tethered flight aerial photographs and panoramas to pictures from a personal point of view. The tethered flight aerial photography involves using a helium balloon to loft a high resolution digital camera upto 200ft up which gains "a different perspective" on the environment. Background: Oliver has been taking photo's since the age of 12 when he inherited an SLR camera system. The advent of digital photography this has lead to his current project which is hoped to be open ended. |
