Artist Statement

At present I am interested in the process of creating images using drawing and
photographs. I enjoy using the images I make to tell a story, a narrative without words.
My approach to photographing landscape's is impromptu, selected by a spontaneous impulse to travel. On arriving at a location I will soak up the atmosphere of a place, establish the prevailing mood and capture my response to the event.
The process of travelling and responding to the location I view as being all part of the same.
